First Step - Option 1
The Free “Bourbon Whiskey Certificate” Program
Classes begin every 60 days on the 2nd or 3rd Tuesday of the following months in
January, March, May, July, September, and November.
One of the Most Basic of all of our curriculum as it relates to Bourbon is the
“Bourbon Whiskey Certificate” in General Bourbon Studies.
Earn the Title of “Apprentice Bourbon Taster” .
The student must complete a total of FOUR Tasting Classes.
Those classes must include: “Bourbon 201” and any other 2 Bourbon Certificate classes and an elective (any class)
Upon completion of FOUR Tasting Classes you will receive an
8-1/2” x 11” parchment “Bourbon Certificate” suitable for framing.
First Step - Option 2
The “Tennessee Whiskey Certificate” Program
Classes begin approximately every 100 days (most classes are held on MONDAY nights beginning in the months of
January, June, and September.
One of the Most Basic of all of our curriculum as it relates to Tennessee Whiskey is the
“Tennessee Whiskey Certificate” in General Whiskey Studies.
and earn the Title of “Apprentice Whiskey Taster”
The student must complete a total of FOUR Tasting Classes.

The “Rye Whiskey Certificate” Program
Classes begin approximately every 100 days (most classes are held on MONDAY nights beginning in the months of
January, June, and September.
One of the Most Basic of all of our curriculum as it relates to Rye Whiskey is the
“Rye Whiskey Certificate” in General Whiskey Studies.
and earn the Title of “Apprentice Whiskey Taster”
The student must complete a total of FOUR Tasting Classes.
You must take Rye Whiskey 203 and any other 2 Rye Whiskey Certificate classes and an elective (any class)
Upon completion of FOUR Tasting Classes, you will receive an 8-1/2” x 11” parchment “Rye Whiskey Certificate” suitable for framing.
First Step - Option 4
The “Canadian Whisky Certificate” Program
Classes begin approximately every 100 days (most classes are held on SUNDAY nights beginning in the months of
February, June, and October.
One of the Most Basic of all of our curriculum as it relates to Canadian Whisky is the
“Canadian Whisky Certificate” in General Whisky Studies.
and earn the Title of “Apprentice Whisky Taster”
The student must complete a total of FOUR Tasting Classes.
You must take Canadian Whisky 204 and any other 2 Canadian Whisky Certificate classes and an elective (any class)
Upon completion of FOUR Tasting Classes, you will receive an 8-1/2” x 11” parchment “Canadian Whisky Certificate” suitable for framing.
