Whiskey Diploma Program
"Journeyman Whiskey Taster"
The Whiskey Diploma Program covers many of the basics in learning and tasting Bourbons and Whiskies. Student must complete a total of TEN (10) Tasting Classes and quizzes.
The student must complete both Bourbon 201 course and Tennessee Whiskey 202 course. The student must complete 2 of the 3 Kentucky Bourbon making Regional courses.
Upon Graduation you will receive your 8-1/2” x 11” Parchment Diploma suitable for framing and earn the title of “Journeyman Whiskey Taster.” Upon completion of your Whiskey Diploma you will earn the Commensurate Rank of Sergeant in the “Bourbon Brigade” and you will receive an invitation to attend one additional class, FREE of charge on Zoom.

The Associate Degree Program
"Certified Whiskey Taster"
The Associate Degree Program with a concentration in “Major Distilleries” requires that the student must complete a total of TWENTY (20) Tasting Classes and quizzes.
In addition to the requirements for the Whiskey Diploma program, the student must also complete FOUR (4) Distillery Classes of the 15 Major Distillery classes offered (click on underlined Link above to see list to choose from). The student must also complete all 3 of the 3 Kentucky Bourbon making Regional courses.
Upon Graduation, you will receive your 8-1/2” x 11” Parchment Associate Degree and a Frame as well as earn the title of “Certified Whiskey Taster” with the Commensurate Officer Rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade in the “Bourbon Brigade”.
The student also earns a 3-D 1-1/2” COPPER Whiskey University Lapel Pin to wear in public or to events and the privilege of being a Degree Graduate. If you will be teaching classes for us, you will also receive a Whiskey University E-mail address.
